Being fully prepared allows you to show up with total confidence, ensures we capture your must-have shots and creates room for spontaneity during your session when inspiration strikes.
QUESTIONNAIRE: Once you book, I will send you a brand questionnaire that will help me get to know your brand on a deeper level, understand your specific needs/style/vision and give us clarity on what photos will serve you best .
PLANNING SESSION: Afterward we will have a planning session either in person (my favorite) or via Zoom. Together we’ll identify everything you need from outfits, accessories and props—to a shot-list, timeline and locations. Even little details like getting a manicure so your hands are ready for close ups to making sure your laptop screen is free of fingerprints.
CUSTOM SESSION GUIDE: I’ll summarize everything we discussed in a clear session guide that includes our schedule, shot list and all the props we’ll need.

During the session we’ll chat and laugh as music plays in the background. All you have to do is follow my simple directions and remember to embrace who you are! I will capture your best angles and most desired shots, using our shoot plan as a guide; while also capturing the unplanned moments when inspiration strikes!
THE BIZ BOOSTING STEP
Your branding project isn’t complete until you implement your new photos! I will provide a guide with suggestions for how you can use your new brand images in an impactful way.
Lastly, share with me when you start posting your images on social media so I can cheer you on in the comments!

On session day, we’ll kick things off at the agreed upon location/studio, then head out to a few different spots over the next 2–6 hours to capture all the magic. Bring a stack of cute outfits (the more, the merrier) so we can mix up the looks and get tons of variety. A few weeks later, your polished, ready-to-use gallery will land right in your inbox—cue the happy dance.

Signature Session
The locations we choose for your photoshoot will be entirely unique to you and your business. In the past, There are many good options in Appleton/Neenah/Menasha/Green Bay. I’ve used a mix of businesses, private homes, Airbnbs, public spaces, show homes, etc! I will say this: Locations are EVERYTHING. Selecting the right location for your photos goes a long way in helping your clients get to know you and feel more connected to you and your business. We’ll dive deep into the topic of locations during our pre-shoot strategy session when you reserve a space on my calendar!
where will we take the photos?
Of course! We’ll meet ahead of time to plan your session and shot list, and I’ll consult with you on things like models, locations, and wardrobe. Sometimes, a pre-shoot site visit is helpful so we have a clear plan for the day of your session. We'll also collaborate on the timeline.
can you help me plan the shoot?
It can feel like a lot of pressure to make sure your vision is captured accurately. I will show you the back of my camera as we shoot so you know what I'm capturing, and can let me know if anything needs to be adjusted.
i'm nervous. will I see my pictures as we're taking them?
Your gallery will be delivered two weeks after your session. If you need them delivered sooner, chat with me about an expedited delivery date.
how long will it be until I can see my photos?
I know Instagram is probably the first thing that comes to mind when you think of branding photos, but the possibilities for where you can use your images are literally endless! So much more than photos! Your package includes the pre-production planning, the shoot day itself, and post-production editing. I'll help you with the timeline so we know where we're going to be at what time, which will make coordinating with multiple people much easier.
